How to control attrition in a company ?

At my job employees are suppose to give each other Thank You notes when someone helps them.


They can use the notes to buy a shirt or some other prize.


On Yahoo Answers we get points.





I appreciate the flexible scheduling.


I can work less days in the summer to do landscaping.


In the winter and spring I can usually get overtime if I want it.How to control attrition in a company ?
Pay a decent wage. That's all peopel care about.
