I would say in 2009 that company is CITI GROUP! Though we have continued many times too save them and bail them out! The USA is going too keep handing them billions and believe it or not, even our Government Exsperts said Months ago this was a company that should be left too fail because there decissions and greed and lack of leadership with in this Bank is outragous and extreme that saving this bank is like bailing out tons of water with a sippy-cup on a Sinking ship!~ This has now become a Government screw up so badly now that they will never accept the fact Billions of Tax payer dollars will and have been lost due too the ideal that this Bank is too big too fail! They are wrong and this is what truely happens when Government will not accept what the Public already knew!
