Does anyone else think that The City of Austin electric company is out of control with their prices ?

I don't know this company in particular. But in a global context Oil and Natural Gas - which drive the price of electricity in most parts of the world are at very high levels. In addition the economy continues to grow - demand for power is therefore increasing. Therefore all providers of electricity are having to make regular and substantial increases in power prices.





Only a sustained fall in crude oil prices (and gas) can reverse this.
