For a limited company you have to be a director; co-Directors also have to agree at a meeting and copies of agreement to amend sent to Companies House.How much control is generally required of a company to amend the Company Articles?

NB. It depends what the changes are .. in some cases company law protects the interests of minority shareholders no matter what the majority wish to do ..
